Sales Representative in Central Asia
Our client is the world leader in the production of engineering equipment and sanitary fittings. The company has more than 3500 employees all over the world. The head office is in Germany. The assortment includes about 17000 products, which are used almost everywhere: in construction services, in public services or in the construction of industrial facilities and shipbuilding.

- Responsibility for attainment of stipulated sales targets in the relevant area
- Management of set core target groups
- Support for customers in a wide range of project tenders, from planning to conclusion
- Supporting capacity for launch of new products and training of customers in their practical application
- Realization of market-handling campaigns in your sales territory
- Receipt and transmission of complaints
- Management of CRM information in accordance with stipulated standards
- Receipt of technical-support enquiries (First Level himself) (Second Level Support: to be passed on to specialists) The person should know how to promote high quality (premium) products with premium prices
- The person should have high level of education and be able to explain arguments, technical characteristics, design.
- Willingness to further professional knowledge development
- Could effectively manage from 100 to 150 best retail shops and best plumbers
- 3 visits per day, 400-450 visits per year.
- Energetic and being healthy to carry on press tools and provide practical exercises for plumbers
- Ability to provide short and long seminars (4-5 hours) for distributors, plumbers, system designers, retail shops, interior designers.
- The person should be able to discuss, set and execute plan in accordance to priorities, self-effectiveness and self-organization is a key.
Higher technical education (good technical bachelor or master degree).
Minimum of 2-3 years’ continuous experience within working with
engineering systems for commercial buildings such as hotels, business centers,
upper class leaving blocks. Experience of working for in an international company;
Preferred market industry: promotion of technical products used in engineering
systems: heating, cold water, hot water.
Excellent knowledge of Russian, Kazakh, English (strong technical
vocabulary, ability to participate trainings in English).
MS Office, MS Outlook, CRM (weekly visits reporting, opportunities
management), Product selection programs (SANCOM, BIM, Revit, Autocad etc.).
